At Luna Wedding & Event Supplies, we want your special day to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
